Grainly – Return & Refund Policy

Once an order is confirmed, Grainly does not accept return or refund requests. However, in the following situations, we are happy to work with our customers to find a fair and satisfactory solution.


1. In Case of Damaged Product

We will gladly re-send and replace the damaged product. The process may take 7–10 working days.

  • Customers must notify Grainly within 2 days of delivery
  • Email us at: grainlyfarm@gmail.com

Required details:

  • Order number
  • Image of invoice
  • 1 image of outer packaging
  • 2 clear images of damaged product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory)

Note:

  • Only the damaged product (in case of multiple items) will be replaced
  • We will respond within 24–48 hours and assist you further

2. In Case of Missing Product

If any product is missing from your order:

  • Inform us within 2 days of delivery
  • Email us at: grainlyfarm@gmail.com

Required details:

  • Order number
  • Invoice image
  • 1 image of outer box
  • 2 clear images of opened package
  • Unboxing video showing all received items

Note:

  • Refund requests are not accepted
  • Missing product will be re-shipped promptly
  • Response time: 24–48 hours

3. In Case of Spoiled Product

If you receive a spoiled product:

  • Inform us within 2 days of delivery
  • Email us at: grainlyfarm@gmail.com

Required details:

  • Order number
  • Packaging/Manufacturing date
  • Clear images or video of product

Important Note:

  • We do not accept returns based on variation in taste, texture, colour, or aroma
  • As Grainly Khapli Atta is 100% natural and traditionally processed, slight variations between batches are normal

We ensure:

  • No compromise on quality
  • Use of natural ingredients
  • Maximum nutritional value

After proper verification, the product may be replaced. We always aim to provide a fair resolution.
