Free shipping is applicable only during specific
promotional campaigns, offers, or discounts, and will be clearly mentioned
at the time of purchase. In all other cases, standard shipping charges may
apply.

To ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery,
customers are requested to provide accurate and complete details while placing
an order, including:
- Full delivery address with correct PIN code
- Valid and active email ID
- Reachable mobile/contact number
Grainly will not be responsible for delays or
failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the
customer.

Processing & Dispatch Timeline
- Orders for products that are readily
available in stock will be processed, packed, and dispatched within 3
working days from the date of order confirmation.
- In case any product is temporarily out of
stock, we follow a fresh production process to maintain quality. Such
orders will be dispatched within 10 working days from the date of
order placement.
In such situations, customers will be notified
in advance regarding the expected dispatch timeline.

- Deliveries are carried out through our trusted
courier partners from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
- Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for dispatch
or delivery
