At Grainly, we are committed to delivering your orders in a safe, timely, and efficient manner while ensuring that the quality and freshness of our products are maintained at every step. 


Free Shipping Policy

Free shipping is applicable only during specific promotional campaigns, offers, or discounts, and will be clearly mentioned at the time of purchase. In all other cases, standard shipping charges may apply.


Order Information & Accuracy

To ensure smooth and hassle-free delivery, customers are requested to provide accurate and complete details while placing an order, including:

  • Full delivery address with correct PIN code
  • Valid and active email ID
  • Reachable mobile/contact number

Grainly will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.


Order Processing & Dispatch Timeline

  • Orders for products that are readily available in stock will be processed, packed, and dispatched within 3 working days from the date of order confirmation.
  • In case any product is temporarily out of stock, we follow a fresh production process to maintain quality. Such orders will be dispatched within 10 working days from the date of order placement.

In such situations, customers will be notified in advance regarding the expected dispatch timeline.


Shipping & Delivery Schedule

  • Deliveries are carried out through our trusted courier partners from Monday to Saturday, between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM
  • Sundays and public holidays are not considered working days for dispatch or delivery

While we strive to meet estimated timelines, delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, such as:

  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation or logistics delays
  • Strikes or unforeseen disruptions

We request your understanding and patience in such situations.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been successfully dispatched, you will receive an email containing tracking details, allowing you to monitor the status of your shipment in real time.

We kindly request customers to wait until dispatch confirmation is shared before raising tracking-related queries.
